We vow to provide the safest online processing possible. However, if you do not feel comfortable ordering online or prefer talking to a Customer Service Representative, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to process your order over the phone. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We will replace any item that you are unhappy with or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Return your unused purchase to us postmarked within 20 days of the order date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, tags still attached and in the original packaging. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction. How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package. Address: Size exchanges or exchanges for other
merchandise are treated as new orders. Order the new item online and
we will process the new order & ship it promptly. Send your return
items as specified above in the returns section. Your account will
be
credited when we receive your return. Please email us if you have any
questions at sales@raindropkids.com. Gift Certificates Please email us so we can customize a gift certificate for any dollar amount. We will be happy to send the certificate to the recipient. Most orders are shipped the following business day after receipt. We ship Monday through Friday using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. If we are out of stock we may have the manufacturer send your order. Orders that are drop shipped directly from Pluie Pluie will be sent via UPS. Orders Sent from Western Chief are sent via Fed Ex. There is no guarentee that your order will be shipped using Priority Mail. Ground (5-7 days) Flat shipping fee of $8.50 for all orders. Packages typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We are sorry but we do not currently accept international orders. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. We will charge for any and all carrier confirmed deliveries of merchandise.
